Camera: A high-resolution camera optimized for the Si-Through-HR technology, delivering enhanced performance in infrared silicon chip inspection.
Condenser: Developed to optimize light transmission, supporting the effective use of the Si-Through-HR technology. It includes the condenser lenses with AR coating, the infrared light source, the light driver and the power supply. These components are modular, offering the flexibility to be incorporated into your system design according to your specific requirements.
Technology Usage Rights: Includes a license granting you the right to integrate these prototype components into your custom systems for testing and evaluation purposes.
Prototype Warranty: A limited six-month warranty covering material and manufacturing defects on the supplied components. This warranty excludes issues resulting from modifications, external factors, or the prototype’s experimental nature.
