Bringing Both Infrared Imaging Technologies
At MSTC, we'll have both of our infrared microscopy platforms on site:
- Infrared Transmission Microscopy for imaging buried structures through silicon and other infrared-transparent materials.
- Infrared Reflection Microscopy for applications where transmission is not possible or practical, such as mounted devices or samples with limited optical access.
Seeing both systems side by side is a great opportunity to compare their capabilities and determine which approach is best suited to your devices and workflow.
New Application Note on MEMS Inspection
Ahead of MSTC, we recently published a new application note demonstrating how infrared reflection microscopy can reveal buried mechanical structures inside silicon MEMS devices without destructive sample preparation.
