Jay Photonics Product Warranty

At Jay Photonics, we pride ourselves on delivering innovative light-based solutions. Our warranty reflects our confidence in the quality and durability of our products:

• Infrared Transmission Microscope Warranty: Our Si-Through-HR Infrared Transmission Microscopes are backed by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering both labor and parts.
• Photonics Components and Accessories: All photonics components, including 3D photonics circuits, surface waveguide sensors, custom waveguides, and silicon photonics components, are protected by a one-year warranty. This covers manufacturing defects, labor, and parts.

Warranty Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover consumable parts or any damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or lack of proper maintenance. Additionally, products that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than Jay Photonics may not be eligible for warranty coverage.

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when claiming warranty services. Our warranty exclusively covers parts and labor.
